鏈條式網帶

支撐方式Type of stay

圓鋼棒是一般用的型式，在兩側的鏈要的銷部分，裝進經裁剪的圓鋼棒，而網帶要調整其厚度，使圓鋼棒可以通過的型式。

Step-cut round rod(stay pin)is fitted to chain at both sides,and thickness of spiral is adjusted so that round rod passes inside spiral.

● 平板形式
使用裝有附件的鏈條，在兩側的附件上面裝上平板。平板可以跟圓條式
一樣，穿進去螺旋內，或在平板上面擺放著網帶的型式。為了使網帶能
位于鏈條中心，必須在附件和平板之間插入墊片。
Flat bar type
Chain with atachment is used.Flat bar is fitted to attachment at both sides.Flat bar
Is passed inside spiral(as with stay pin type)or belt is put on flat bar.Spacer must
Be provided between attachment base and flat bar so that belt is positioned at same                        
Level as chain center.
● 角鐵型式
鏈條中心寬度較寬的情況或因載荷太重，無法裝上支撐軌道的情況等時，
為了預防發生撓曲，才使用這種型式。用跟平板一樣的裝設方式來組立。
Angle channel type
This type is used to prevent deflection in case chain c/cis wide and suppor rail can
Not be installed.
The same installation procedure as that applied to flat bar is applied.
● 圓管型式
跟角鐵型式相同，但因要裝設在附件，須把圓管壓扁。如鏈條采用EP
型式，可以跟圓鋼棒一樣的方式組裝，且因量輕而寬度方向的撓曲較
難發生。

Stay pin type can be applied. In this case, weight is reduced and deflection in
Direction lr width is suppressed.
 

是在通常網帶的兩邊加裝鏈條的型式，網帶和鏈條通過加裝圓棒所達到同步運轉

These belts are made by fiting chains to both sides of ordinary Wire conveyor belt.Belt and chain are synchronized through Stays(cross supports).

Advantages
1． 因為用鏈輪來轉動鏈條，所以網帶不易蛇行。
Because chain is driven by sprocket,meandering does not
Occur。
2． 用調整網帶的節距的方法，就可把各種型式的鏈條裝上去。
Various types of chain can be applied by adjusting belt pitch.
3. 因為有鏈條和圓棒，所以可以折邊或裝檔板。
It is easy to attach side guard and product stopper in Combination with chain and stay.
